Privacy & cookies
Privacy notice pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) · Last updated: 30 September 2026
This page explains how personal data is processed for visitors of enricotechsolutions.eu (and its Italian version enricotechsolutions.it) and for anyone who contacts me through the form or by email.
1. Data controller
Enrico Coi — Enrico Tech Solutions
Italian VAT no. (P.IVA) 04624750271
Email: info@enricotechsolutions.it
No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, as it is not required for this activity.
2. What data I process and why
a) Contact requests (form and email). When you fill in the form I process your full name, email address, company (optional) and the content of your message; if you write to me directly by email, the data contained in your message. I use it only to reply to your request and, where relevant, to prepare a quote.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Mandatory data: name, email and message are needed to reply; without them the request cannot be handled.
- Retention: as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact. If a professional relationship follows, the data required (e.g. for invoicing) is kept for the period set by Italian tax law (10 years).
b) Browsing data. Like any website, the web server automatically logs some technical data about each request: IP address, date and time, requested page, response code, browser and operating system (user agent) and referring page. This is used only to keep the site running and secure (e.g. to detect abuse or attacks) and never for profiling.
- Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in the security of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: logs are deleted automatically after about 14 days, unless needed to investigate a crime.
I do not use your data for newsletters, marketing or profiling, and I never sell or share it with third parties.
3. Who can access the data
Data is processed by me personally, using electronic tools and appropriate security measures (encrypted HTTPS connection, key-protected server access). It is also processed, as a data processor (Art. 28 GDPR), by the provider of the technical services:
- IONOS SE (Germany) — server hosting the website and email service used to deliver form messages.
Data may be disclosed to public authorities only where required by law.
4. Where data is stored
The web server and the mailboxes are located in the European Union. No data is transferred outside the EU.
5. Cookies and third-party tools
This website does not use cookies — neither technical nor profiling cookies — and does not use analytics or tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, social media pixels). Fonts are also served directly from this website's server, so your browser does not contact any third-party service while browsing. For this reason no consent banner is needed.
The site contains a link to my LinkedIn profile: if you open it, you move to LinkedIn's website, which processes data according to its own privacy policy.
6. Your rights
At any time you can ask to:
- access your data and obtain a copy (Art. 15);
- have it rectified or updated (Art. 16);
- have it erased (Art. 17) or its processing restricted (Art. 18);
- receive it in a structured, portable format (Art. 20);
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
To exercise these rights, write to info@enricotechsolutions.it: I will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of your EU country of residence.
No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
7. Changes
